More on Rochelle

Born and raised in Hong Kong, Rochelle shares a deep and strong connection with food.

​

She is currently a final year MSc Food Science and Nutrition (Industrial) student at the University of Leeds.

​

For her placement year, she worked at Good Food Technologies in Hong Kong full-time as a Food Scientist and spent her weekends cooking and teaching at BiteUnite

​

She hopes to be someone who is fully indulged in the art of food; be someone who uses food to educate our future generations; be someone who spreads happiness and joy with a little help with these magical ingredients.
